Slumerican can NOT ship to any PO Box, anywhere under any circumstance.
Slumerican’s preferred carrier is now UPS. We also offer DHL for international shipments. Through UPS and DHL, we will be able to offer better rates, faster, more reliable transits and more informative tracking and shipment options.
We will still be offering USPS First Class as an alternative for both domestic and international service. However if USPS is selected over our preferred carrier, Slumerican will not be responsible for any delays, misplaced, stolen or lost packages, damaged goods, etc. that occur through USPS. The customer will be responsible for contacting USPS directly and working with them to file a claim for compensation on any lost or damaged goods.
Most orders will ship out from our facility within 7-10 business days of ordering. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
The shipping that you pay for (overnight, 2 day shipping, etc.) is an agreement with the carrier, not Slumerican. Your items will ship out within the 7-10 business days notated above and once the package is handed to the carrier, the shipping that you paid for will go into effect.
INTERNATIONAL Duties and Taxes are determined by the customs agency within a country. If Duties and Taxes are owed, they will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Any questions may be answered by your local customs agency.
INTERNATIONAL Many countries will hold your package for customs clearance and duties and taxes to be paid or require the package to be picked up. Many will ship the package back to the sender after being held for 3 weeks time. If the customer does not claim their package within that time and it is sent back to us, the customer will be contacted and be held responsible for additional shipping costs if they’d like us to attempt to send it again.
All orders will be packaged and shipped as originally placed. If changes in item, quantity or size are needed after the order is placed, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee adjustments.
Orders are shipped to the address provided in the order. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of this information. If UPS is selected as the carrier, we have options to update addresses or ensure that your package can be redirected somewhere that you can pick it up, however these changes are not guaranteed once the package has left our facility. If USPS is selected, we will not be able to update or redirect packages and the customer will be responsible for contacting USPS to work with them directly.
Any packages returned by the carrier will be communicated to the customer for verification. Please be sure to respond back to us within 48 hours so that we can reship your items accordingly. If we receive no response, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus the shipping cost. If the returned package is a result of customer error or neglect, they will be responsible for additional shipping costs of another attempt.
